Also situated in the same location, mere steps away from the beach front, is an already completed 40 room boutique luxury hotel – Symphony of the Seas. This hotel is part of a land and asset sale deal with its partners, Triones Industrial.

The group has also identified another plot of land situated in Na Jomtien, Pattaya, for a 250 room luxury one stop resort hotel as its 2nd project. Details of this project will be announced shortly once plans are ready for submission to local building authorities.
