Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Success: You will be the driving force behind our sales activities, colds calls, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets, demonstrating exceptional sales performance.
  • Client Network: A strong network of clients who are ready to invest in luxury real estate in Thailand. Your ability to leverage existing relationships and cultivate new ones is essential.
  • Professional Communication: Respond to inquiries from potential clients, both online and offline, with professionalism and enthusiasm. Fluency in spoken English is required.

Qualification:

  • University Degree in Business and/or Finance related fields
  • Minimum 1-3 years Sales experience preferably in Property or Financial products industry
  • Thai and English Language Competency Required (Spoken/Written)
  • Proactive, Independent, Focused and highly motivated individual
  • 25k – 50k/month plus attractive commission

Senior Account

-Responsible in overall accounting operations: report, taxation and ensure they are well prepared and managed to keep accounting up-to-date, in accordance with accounting standards, but also with company policy.

Bank and cash

-Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
-Perform monthly petty cash reconciliation.

 

Taxes :

-Prepare Company’s tax returns and social contributions.
-Manage Personal Income Tax submission, PND 91 for all expats.
-Coordinate with Revenue Department as per their requirements.
-Review Accounting and tax filing . Review And Verify the accounting and taxation work by accountants taxation knowledge i.e. Tax , VAT and Withholding Tax

Closing and Audit :

-Assist in the preparations for the year-end financial audit including providing all necessary documents, establishing relationship with external auditors.

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any related field or above
At least of 5+ year experience in Accountant
Knowledge basic for Admin & HR Department
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in EXCEL, and other relevant software is necessary
Problem solving skills.
Highly responsible and working under high pressure also strong coordination.
Excellent command of English and Thai.
